The Executive Committee is the core leadership team of Payana, elected by the
General Body. It is responsible for guiding the day-to-day functioning of the
organization, ensuring transparency, accountability, and collective decision-making.
The committee works closely with community members and stakeholders to
strengthen Payana’s programs, build partnerships, and uphold its vision of equality,
dignity, and social justice.
